Lorne Cardinal, from the television show: " Corner Gas", stopped by the A/OFRC booth during the Aboriginal Festival to inquire about the organization. An avid fisherman in British Columbia, Lorne appreciated the special lure given to him by Perry.
The Canadian Aboriginal Festival is a multi-faceted event. The A/OFRC was once again, a part of this national showcase. It is Canada's largest Aboriginal festival and one of Toronto's most successful gatherings. It is an exciting and welcoming event for everyone!

The Canadian Aboriginal Festival is a unique opportunity for everyone to share and learn about North America's Aboriginal peoples. The festival is designed to offer something for everyone. All ages will enjoy the many activities of the festival.
This year's festival took place November 28th to 30th, 2008 at the Rogers Centre, in Toronto.
Grand Council Chief John Beaucage and his wife also stopped by the A/OFRC booth and received a hat and lure from Perry.
